Refund policy

Returns

 

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective or damaged - in that case, we cover it.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. If your order has not shipped yet, cancellation refunds are processed within 24 hours.

 

Refund without return

 

In some cases we can issue a refund without asking you to send the item back: the item arrived defective or damaged (a photo is required), delivery took longer than 30 days from purchase, or the refund amount is 50 percent or less of the purchase price.
